This cookbook was created as a true labor of love. From my heart and kitchen to yours. When our family owned and operated our bed and breakfast, I never imagined I would create so many unique breakfast items. At first our breakfasts were inspired by our visits to Germany and Austria. Then I started to get more creative. One thing let to another and soon I had a variety of recipes spanning all seasons and fitting just about any dietary request. When guests would ask me if I would share the recipe, the answer was always “no.” Since then, the “no” has turned into “yes.” Yes, you can have the recipe!
Also included are some great lunch, dinner and dessert options we created for our small weekend cafe’. These were mostly created by my son, and were inspired by European classic dishes and utilized our wonderful local farm-fresh produce.
